Convert Automatic segment space management.

Hello all..

DB: oracle 10gR2

I have bunch of tablespaces that are 'Manual' for automatic segment space management and Oracle recommends to use 'Auto'.

How do we convert from manual to auto ?

All the TBS are LMT.

drop and re-create you cant convert segment space management

Support Davey, just some detalis
1) Create a new locally manager tablespace and specify ASSM at tablespace level. Be aware that this is specified at tablespace level
2) For all the tables u want alter table NAME move tablespace THE_NEW_ASSM_TS
