How I can install oracle form & Database same PC

Please I need your urgent help I have problems that I wants to install oracle 9i database on same PC where I wants to used oracle developer 9i/DS suit. I have installed but database connection is ok but form and report is not working I meant connection fail. If you let me know inform how I can make it works?

Check your oracle home's for both Database and Developer.
Hopefully both are different.
If they are different, put the entries in tnsnames.ora as well.
