How do I insert an image file .jpg into a long Raw datatype column? I am on Oracle 9i. I am coding in PL/SQL.
All the research I have done shows the dbms_log slick tools loading and working with BLOB's. I dont have the option to change the column type. I am working on a people soft database and a deilvered table.
Has anyone done this?
Do you have a code sample?
