Installaion of 9i problems

I am installing oracle 9.2.0.1 on windows XP and the installation hangs at 10% while installing Sun JDK 1.3.1.0.1a (Copying oidadmin.cl)

The install log file has recorded the follwoing error.

What could be the problem..?
