Replication feature question.

Hi, gurus,
I did not build our current database(9iR2),without replication feature. If I want to add replication feature, could I just run the scripts to enable replication feature? or Do I have to reinstall the software?
Is replication manager a separate product? I don't see it in Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM).
