ORA-01485: compile bind length different from execute bind length - How to fix???
Dear All
I use Array bunding - with very huge array ang get the folowing Error
"ORA-01485: compile bind length different from execute bind length"
by inspecting this error i have descovered that i need to rnlarge a buffer that is smaller the existing buffer which is being used while execution. how should i change this buffer size????
"You bound a buffer of type DTYVCS (VARCHAR with the two byte length in front) and at execute time the length in the first two bytes is more than the maximum buffer length, given in the bind call. ....."
"Action: Ensure that the buffer size is sufficiently large to contain the array plus two bytes for the buffer length. "
How should i consider this Action????
