Web deployment problem

Hi all,

I've created a form using 9i... I want other users on the network (who don't necessarily have oracle installed on their machines) to be able to access this form, and retrieve data.

Having run my form, other users are able to display my form (with only the JInitiator instance installed) through Internet Explorer using the following URL:-

'http://oracletest1:8888/forms90/f90servlet?form=D:\oracle\nicks_files\student_details.fmx'

However, when other users access this form, they are only able to display the form, but not retrieve any data or execute any queries.

I've granted the user's various privileges but I can only seem to retrieve data when logged on as myself?

Sorry if the question sounds a bit confusing but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a tnsnames entry for the database in you iAS home?

Yeah I do. I'm not having trouble connecting the database myself, It's just that other users can't retrieve data from a form i've deployed on the web, however, they can access the form... If that makes sense :rolleyes:
