0509-150 Dependent module could not be loaded

DBAs,

One developer is running a script on ACTRS22 and getting the following error in his error log:

/work/asecbt/templog/scoring.log" [Read only] 3 lines, 238 characters
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /home/asecbt/bin/asecbt_scr because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module /actapps/ora9i/lib/libclntsh.a(shr.o) could not be loaded.
0509-103 The module has an invalid magic number.

Anyone has any idea about this error?

The oracle is 9.2.0.4 on AIX 5.2.

I fixed the problem.

I am facing the same issue. Please suggest me as to how were you able to fix it.
