Very recently I am asked to start supporting Oracle CRM application/database environment. I never worked on CRM before. Hence I would like to know if you could send me most common day to day activities managing a CRM environment. For example cloning, pruging data etc etc if at all valid. I will accordingly send a training request for any all technical areas you highlight here.
