Well,we are planning to migrate the database 8.0.5.0.0 from IBM J50 box to IBM H80 box. The databases are configured in a four way replication. (Node A,B,C,D)
Both nodes A and B will be migrated to IBM H80 Box with O/S ver 4.3.3.
I am wondering is there any generic problems on the Advance replication that may occur for this migration.
Currently the database is ceated on raw devices with Partition page size of 16MB per partition. But the new Machine (H80) are configured such that the Partition page size is 32MB for each partition.Will there be any datafiles corruption when I do a restore from a cold backup database from the J50 Box?
