I use russian WindowsNT4.0
but i chose English language as a default when installed

That is why Developer uses american .msb files, which contains messages in English
I know that if i will select during installation Russian language as a default the will be work .msb files with
Russian language.
In that case i need help how change text in .msb file
(i need it only for runtime messages) in another language
(Russian or if somebody knows in the language different
to the language which is set as a default during installation of Developer)
For example: When fires message which ask me want i or know
to save changes i want that this message will be written in Russian
