I have a Warning on one my standby database: ORA-16632: instance being added to database profile. I did research and everywhere on the web mentioned that the isntance lacks an instance-specific profile and NO action is required.
I have seen this warnings for 2-3 days and I really want to know if there is a way to fix it. I don't like to see warning on my PRD.

Cause: The Data Guard broker determined that an instance has
successfully found its database profile within the broker
configuration file, but yet lacks an instance-specific profile.
The broker automatically creates an instance-specific profile and
associates the instance with its database profile.
Action: No user action is required. The broker will automatically
associate the instance with its database profile and incorporate
the instance in broker activity.
Is it a RAC environment?
