Cost Manager Inactive

Hi,

We are on Oracle E-Biz Suite 11.5.10.2

In our system, the Cost Manger has been set to run at an interval of every 5 minutes

But sometimes, it goes to inactive mode, and has to be launched manually again.

Is there any way to prevent it from moving to inactive state or to trigger an alert when it becomes inactive?
