CRM / Interaction Center - CTI Integration
At the moment I am installing Oracle Apps 11.5.7 / 11.5.8 ( next ) over HP-UX , I will use CRM / Interaction center including advanced inbound , I have Nortel Meridian PBX centrals and Symposium Express Call Center Software , I read that you can make integration from Oracle Advanced Inbound to the Nortel Via Intel CT Middlware software layer , has anyone implemented something like this before , if so have you used Nortel Link Services with Oracle as for any of Intel or symposium software.
