The way to control appearance position of alert mesage in Oracle forms.

Hi!
I'm newbie in Oracle form thing, so sorry for this kind of post, but I really need to find a solution. The problem is: alert message always appears at the bottom of the screen in form. And the form is quite long like 1.5 screens. So if user has small resolution monitor he isn't able to see the alert message if he doesn't scroll down form.
Basically I need the alert message always appear in the middle of the screen no matter how long the form is. Any solutions?
