Foreign key with cascade

If we did not create the foreign key with the cascade option but want to add it now, how do we do it?

Have been searching and cannot find the syntax... Looks like there is no modify constraint (besides changing its status)

well if I remmeber right you cannot add attributes to a constraint, most probably you have to drop and recreate the constraint
