Only one test on Sybex CD for P&T ?!

Hi all,

On the CD supplied with the Sybex Book for OCP 8i P&T, when using the EdgeTests, I have only one test and always the same one : no matter if I select Assessment Test, Practice Exam or Bonus Exam, I always get the same load of questions.

Had anyone faced this and would know a trick ?

The SYBEX CD version I got even gave the wrong answers... I mean the answers weren't even relevant to the question, I think the question order was out of line with the answer order... I thought they would've fixed that.

Curious, the version I have appears OK. Question files on the CD are dated mid 2000. Mind you, the questions are bound to be in the wrong order or just plain wrong like the other CDs! Having said that, it's still a good book and the tests are very useful.

Might be worth contacting Sybex and asking for an update.

I know this one.
I had to post that particular cd with isbn number and other details(they'll tell you what supporting letter to send). The acknowledged it as the defective cd.
You'll get the new one in a week or two.

I can not aford to wait a week or 2 as I am planning to do the test next monday.

Could anyone who has the program installed, zip and send me all the files apart of the .exe to peuh51@hotmail.com ( not from the CD but from the program directory) ?
I would really appreciate that.

As Tarry said, I have contacted Sybex and they will send me the CD.
But, for sure I will not have it before the day I go for the exam (on monday).

I was really thinking of doing the tests this WE in order to be ready.
So I am asking again : that would really help me if someone could send the file to my email adress.
