what is the average size for a system tablespace ? and how much should I sized the datafile (system)?.
mine is almost 500MB (trying to clean it up) !!!!!!!!! I have alot of non system objects.

there isnt an average, it depends database size, if you have tons of objects then obviously system would be bigger.
your problem is there are people using the tablespace system when only user SYS is the only onw allowed to use it
