using the imp tool???

version 8i----- I am using the imp, but I get no data gets imported.

I get to the point of

Imort file: EXPAT.DMP>c:\imp_db\kevin_test.dmp
Enter insert buffer size 30720>

After I hit enter the screen closes.

Is there a log file? Or is there something I have set up incorrect... My roles are set up correct.

Try using a parameter file - specify a logfile name in it.
