Encrypt / Decrypt Functions...

Hi,

Is there any Oracle supplied package to Encrypt / Decrypt data?

There is a DBMS_CRYPTO_TOOLKIT package in DBMS_OCTK.SQL file.. But I don't have this sql file to create DBMS package which contains Encrypt / Decrypt function...

Please let me know how do I create these..

or let me know which are functions for Encrypt / Decrypt
