Dear DBAs & soon to be DBAs,
I am running into the following problem .. with sql* loader
/opt/oracle/8.1.5/rdbms/demo% sqlldr userid=hnmadm/hnmadm control=ulcase2.ctl log=ulcase2.log

SQL*Loader-522: lfiopn failed for file (ulcase2.log)
"SQL*Loader-522" - How does one go about handling this error?
Note:
1)The above(ulcase2.ctl) is part of the standard demo scripts that comes with Oracle / location: ..../oracle/8.1.5/rdbms/demo
2) I did create the demo emp table using the script utlcase1.sql
before running sql*loader command.

Make sure you have write permissions on the directory that you are trying to write the logfile to.
