Move to PROD

Hi All,
My technical team member has created a new report, executable for that report, value sets for report parameters, Concurrent program to bind all the above in Oracle Apps TEST environment.
He has tested and found it successful, and he wants me to move it to PRODUCTION.
Is there any DBA script to move the Apps objects mentioned above, like Concurrent Program, Executables, Value Sets, by just giving the Concurrent Program name as input ?

In Short I need to copy the records that are related to that report in the AOL tables of the TEST instance to be moved to AOL Tables of the PROD Instance.
I know the person who had already done that using some script but I wasnt able to find him now.

There is an utility "FNDLOAD" using which you can load all your concurrent programs,executables,menus etc from one instance to other.
