User input with PL/SQL?

I am writing a PL/SQL procedure and I want to ask the user a question. I then want the procedure to pause and wait for a response of Y or N from the user. Then load that into a variable. Can someone give me an idea of where to look for something like this? Thanks.

You cannot do that with PL/SQL. Instead split your procedures in 2 different blocks. Write a SQL script which executes the first PL/SQL block and then ACCEPT your input from user ( using SQL ) then execute the second PL/SQL block based on user input.
