Is there a place where I can find some standard scenarios for database recovery ?

The 'Oracle 8i Backup & Recovery Handbook' by RamaVelpuri published by Oracle Press has around 20 different , interesting recovery case studies.

How about recovery in replicated systems (master-master) ? Do you know if any book/website has any information/scenarios on that ?

The recovery procedures are not standard. As ramk_vv suggested, oracle backup and recovery would be a good source of information. I think that oracle installation too has some demo scripts under $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo and there are a number of websites like the oracle magazine all talks about various recovery scenarios.
