report runtime error rep-0108

Hello I am Gurpreet Singh Sethi I nedd help

I have installed Oracle Forms,Reports Run time on my clients machines but when ever i open a report it first give me a message.

REP-0108 cannot find file 'rwbdexpq'

The solution from Oracle Docs says the reason for your problem and kindly get back for further clarifications in this thread.

REP-0108 File '' not found.

Cause: Oracle Reports tried to access the file shown, but could not find it.

Action: Check that you have specified the correct filename. Specify a directory before the filename, or modify the REP_PATH environment variable to include the directory where the file is located.
