Oracle 11g - Oracle installer - error

Hello All,

I have currently installed oracle 11g successfully in a windows environment.

However, noticed on clicking the "Oracle Installer" from the programs menu a error message populates on the terminal window stating

"Starting Oracle Universal Installer...
Checking swap space: 0 MB available, 500 MB required.

and populates Setup.exe window with message setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

I have installed Oracle11g database on Windows XP platform running service pack 2 and checked the minimum configuration required for the install.

Any suggestions why I am getting this message?
