value-based auditing

In the OCP syllabus for DB Administration, the candidates
are supposed to know database auditing and value based auditing.
I am farmiliar with database auditing but not value based auditing.

Can any one tell me the difference between database auditing
and value-based auditing?

Okay lets make this short. I have read the thread, So is value-based auditing the same as auditing by trigger?
