loaded question there. what are you going to do with it? is if for users or for testing/training...
start with 1GB of ram and 2 cpus if you can get it. go up from here. a server like this will be usefull for many different envs.

I think your going to have problems only having 128Mb RAM, especially if you intend to create 2 databases as well!

Guess wat....I did install....working fine...
Both database Up n running normally
All that degrades is the sys performance.....
But i jus wanted to try as my collegue told its not possible to install 9.x on 128 MB Ram machine.....

I didn't say it won't work, I said you may have problems (as you have discovered in the performance) I would imagine that paging/swapping will be significant problems especially if you choose to do exhaustive tests.
But good luck with your testing/training.
