Locally Managed tablespace

Hi,
Since Locally managed tablespaces are more often discussed, It would be nice to see a Good Article on it publised in this forum. The article can explain in detail, what exactly is LMT, advantages over Dictionary managed tablespaces, Steps needed to convert database from Dictionary Managed tablespace to LMT.

I tried looking for the article on this above mentioned subject over web, but found few many. Could not find this article in this site either. If this Article already exists in this forum, I would be happy to get URL.
