Hi, I m learning Oracle DBA and I am facing problem in setting the values of some parameters.
in table v$parameter, the parameters which have the field
ISSES_MODIFIABLE =FALSE and
ISSYS_MODIFIABLE =DEFERRED, how to set such parameters, other than
setting their values from init.ora.
Is there any way to set the parameter with ALTER command?
Please reply as the subject is very important and interesting too.
