"Execute to Parse ratio" NEGATIVE

Dear All,

A strange problem again:

I have taken statspack reports and my "execute to parse ratio" is negative in some reports. When i diagnose the "SQL ordered by Parse Calls for DB:" i have the below query

Parse Calls Executions Parses Hash Value
------------ ------------ -------- ----------
30,116 15,517 31.17 766554780
Module: dpm2010.exe
SELECT SYSDATE FROM DUAL

which shows the number of parse calls higher than the executions.

Can anybody tell me what should be the workaround to resolve this issue ?

stop parsing it and never executing it - its your application which does it, so you need to fix dpm2010.exe
