sys as sysdba not working in EM

hi,

I have installed Oracle 10G in RHEL 5 -in my personal box.
I have
1. password file in /dbs location // recreated orapw file.
2. Remote_login_password=Exclusive
3. Able to login via sqlplus i.e., connect /as sysdba
4. listener are running.
5. started emctl console.

but still cann't able to connect as sys as sysdba in Enterprise manager.

The next morning everything goes right.I think restarting the system made the trick.
