Does anyone know where I might be able to get a copy of the bdemobld.sql for Oracle 815? My triggers are based on these tables and I am currently running Oracle 817, which has different tables and column names.

Look in your ORACLE_HOME/RDBMS/ADMIN directory
It should be under $ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/demo directory.

Execute this script at sql or check this file from the respective folder before executing and give the path as per your system folder loc.
1)D:\Oracle\Ora81\oo4o\demobld7.sql (builds 14 tables)
(or)
3)D:\Oracle\Ora81\sqlplus\demo\demobld.sql (builds 5 tables)
So now you know which is better choice.
