patchset (11.2.03.8)

Hi folks,

we are using 11g r2 (11.2.0.3) on Redhat linux 6.4 environment, patch set 8 that is 11.2.0.3.8 is applied on production database (which is 2 nodes setup),
i need to apply same patchset 8 that is 11.2.0.3.8 on developement setup . my question is here below

will i get ocm.rsp file (Oracle configuration Manager) automatically when grid infrastructure installation is over?
if so
could you tell me location of the file i mean grid base location or grid home location?

it was applied on one of our setup through below comman


#./opatch auto -ocmrf ocm.rsp

i would appreciate your suggestion
