hello, every one here
I altered a rollback segment to offline and found that the status of this segment in dba_rollback_segs was online,it was because that an active transaction was on this segment.So I rollbacked this transaction,and the status of this segment is still be online.
I had thought it should be offline soon after the active transaction on it finished.
Is there anyone can tell me why?

If you rolled back the transaction, you would have to issue the command again to take it offline.
