I have installed db11gR2 on win7. As per requirement i also want to install database 10gR2 on the same server. Is it possible that after installing db11g to install db10g and run both databases ?

Just make sure binaries for each version of Oracle are installed on separate Oracle Homes. Windows will have two separate sets of registry keys/values, one to describe each installation.
