Corrupt Rollback segments - ORA-00600 [4193] [669] [686]

Hi all,
When I try to install a build on a linux RH 7.3 system, I receive this ORA-00600 error. Here's the exact error.

SQL> drop table

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4193], [669], [686], [], [], [],
[], []

I want to know if dropping the rollback segments would do it. Also, how do I know which rollback segment is corrupt? Please help. I am not able to access my main test site. The database (Oracle 9.2) is accessable.

Did I miss some information that you would like to know or something? Or is this error so unfixable? I don't have a metalink id so I can't use that resource.
