Oracle CRM - Teleservice

Dear All
I have
* Oracle Apps 11i - 11.5.7 on HP-UX 11 - HP 9000/800
* 2G Ram + Dual RISC 440 + SAN for storage
* 25 concurrent users
* Used for CRM modules ( teleservice , telesales ... )

When users open universal work queue form it takes about 5 minutes to refresh which is not acceptable at all ,, all other parts of the software is working at light speed

I tried everything including gathering statistics , enlarging data files but all in vain

No errors in the alert log , database is working very smooth for both rollback segements and log operations .
