Database monitoring Checklist
Hi,
I am supposed to prepare a checklist on Database monitoring.
The contents should be like this,
1. Monitoring rollback segments:
Which dynamic views I need to see, what to see and what should be the
preventive action to be taken based on the data.
2. Cache hit ratio and buffer hit ratio monitoring.
3. Archive log destination for free space.
4. Harmful table growth.
and etc...
These should be sagrigated as daily/weekely/monthly tasks.
Please let me know where can I get this information.
