Question is regarding the Tuning of Library Cache and the Fragmentation / Cache-Hit of Library Cache---------->
Does anybody has an idea as to why Oracle recommends to avoid "Large ANONYMOUS PL/SQL Blocks" and use Procedures/Functions instead?
How does it affects the Cache-Hit ratio, using Large Anonymous Blocks vis-a-vis Procedure/Function?
