DataGuard Broker OEM setup

I need some techincal help on Dataguard.

We have 10g db on Solaris 10 and I have configured dataguard without any issues. We also have OEM.grid_control where I can access the primary through explorer link.
Now I wanted to do a failover and I always read about --Dataguard broker through OEM is GUI and very easy and we can configure failover automatically.But through my OEM grid control I dont see any option for high availability dataguard configuring??So need your suggestions as what I'm missing ?
Does the OEM and OEM grid is totally different ?
Please give me some ideas and advice of dataguard broker installation thro oem... :o
