Agent Starting Problem!

Hi all,
When I am trying to start Oracle Home Agent Service in my system I am getting the following error

Coule not start oracleorahome81agent service on local computer

Error 3221356569

Can any one guide me please?

Check if the user logged into the machine has privilages to start a service.

or give Admin user/pswd for starting the service.

Check in the services whether the agent service is started with Local system if not change it Local system.Make it as autostart and restart your OS. Still u are getting the same problem try to install again your agent.
