A doubt on which oracle book to own?

Hi,

Sorry this isnot any administration question.
Basically, I've got two oracle books to choose from.

1. ORacle DBA8i Handbook - Kevin Looney

2. Oracle DBA Tips and Techniques - Sumit Saran.

We're using Oracle 8i , but I'd like to know which book would be more useful to own.
I'd really appreciate your opinions.

I own both of these books and find that I utilize the DBA Handbook much more than the Tips & Techniques.
