I solved the problem with adding a new listener.ora file for duplicate HOST B, and startup the listener...that's it... found in the tread for this problem

Can anyone help me with steps how to my instance to listerner.ora or creating listerner.ora for new instance

For Windows:

use net manager>oracle net configuration>listener>db services

set the global db name, directory and sid and that's it.

For Unix:

use netmgr
