How to know how much BUFFER CACHE is used at a point in time

Hi,

How to know how much BUFFER CACHE is used at a point in time.

Is there any script..?

I think that the system view x$bh can be used for that.

It is X$BH.STATE.
But V$BH.STATUS is more readable.
