Conversion of ASCII text to HTML/PDF format

Our requirement is as follows.

In 3-tier setup, we need to open the output of Pro*C file (ASCII) in browser. Is there any method/tool to convert the ASCII file into HTML/PDF?

Or

Can we open ASCII file in browser?
