Is there a way to export procedures and functions only. I have asked this question to several experts and they all say that it is not possible. Currently I have to create the same procedures and functions on different databases. I am using Oracle 9.0.1.1.1.

it is not possible to take dump of only procedures and functions using export utility.
However if you want the script, you can do it other way. If you know which procedure/function name or may be all procedures/functions. you can get the script using user_source dictionary table
