How To Install Grid Control

I DOWNLOADED GRID CONTROL RELEASE 2 AND I GOT 2 SETUP FILES AND IM NOT ABLE TO INSTALL ..THE FILES ARE

AND ALSO LET ME KNOW HOW TO USE GRID CONTROL TO ACCESS DB'S IN DIFFERENT SERVERS FROM MY PC

why are you not able to install, why cant you post in the right forum, whay are you using capitals, why cant you post a proper quest? WHY?
