Well,
I started the listener.
Connect to sqlplus as sqlplus /nolog
Then when I say conn sys/change_on_install@orcl as sysdba
it gives me a error
ORA-12500 - Listener failed to start a dedicated server process
Any ideas why.
When I start the service thru W2k service then I can connect as sysdba. Why?
