New job - Market is hot right now

Working thru the nite and weekends got old. I am taking a new gig 2 miles from home for a luxury property company. Same money + 15% bonus and I get to sleep and see my daughter on weekends.

I think I might enjoy this job, its basically 'Oracle Architect'. Production support is not for me its a grind. I have 638 emails from 30 global clients in my inbox from last nite alone. :rolleyes: Designing solutions for business and having other teams build and test them sounds great!
